Rules of Procedure Loyalty Program at Horse-Trade Online Store
1. Introduction
The document defines the functioning of the Loyalty Programme, as well as the way points are collected and exchanged for specific products.
Online shop www.horse-trade.pl run by Michał and Mateusz Nowicki conducting business activity under Horse-Trade s.c. entered in Central Register and Information on Economic Activity conducted by the Minister of Development, having: address of the place of performing business: ul. Michał Korpal 4; 30-389 Kraków, NIP 6751464648, REGON 120105967, runs the Loyalty Program. As a result of the implementation of this Programme, the following rules of the Loyalty Programme have been adopted:
2. General provisions
2.1. Through the website www.horse-trade.pl The Participant may exchange points for products covered by the Loyalty Programme.
2.2. Points are charged to orders at the minimum amount of 50,00 PLN, not including shipping costs.
2.3. An additional way to collect points is to give opinions to products BUILDED au www.horse-trade.pl. After writing an opinion and accepting it by the service of the store, the Participant receives 5 point (b) If you add an opinion for a product not purchased in our shop - the service has the right to remove the awarded points from the Program Participant's account.
2.4. Points collected in the Programme can be exchanged for products covered by the Loyalty Programme, available on the website of the Horse-Trade Online Store www.horse-trade.pl in the "Your orders" tab (Customer panel).
2.5. The place of conclusion of the contract is the city of Kraków.
3. Ordering and delivery of products
3.1. In order to exchange points on the product you should be a registered customer of the Horse-Trade store, check the number of points you have and choose for yourself from the list of available products. Everything is available in the “Your Orders” tab (Customer Panel).
3.2. Supplier www.horse-trade.pl ensure that the products are supplied. The delivery date shall be calculated from the date of acceptance of the order, the recognition of the points and e-mail or telephone inform the supplier of the intention to exchange. The deadline is 30 (30 days).
3.3. The shipment of the product under the Loyalty Programme shall take place together with the pre-ordered order. If the Participant wishes to dispatch only the product under the Programme shall bear the costs of shipping it. The delivery costs are in line with the price list on the website www.horse-trade.pl, under the "Shipping" tab. There is also the possibility of personal reception, after prior notification and receipt of confirmation that the product has been prepared for reception.
3.4. We send the products according to the delivery address given on each order.
3.5. If the article is not available, the contracting authority shall be informed immediately.
4. Loyalty programme
4.1. Within the Loyalty Programme, points will be awarded for purchases of products at www.horse-trade.pl at the time of the change of the status of the order to "Order received", i.e. at the time of receipt of the order. For each 50 PLN spent, the Participant receives 15 a point that can be exchanged for awards in accordance with the value of 10 point = 1 zł value of the award.
5. Participants
5.1. Every client who has registered, entered into the newsletter and purchased any products in the amount above 50 PLN.
5.2. Information about the Programme is available in the Loyalty Programme tab on the website www.horse-trade.pl. We will inform you of all other information about the Programme by means of messages on the website www.horse-trade.pl or sent in electronic form (including e-mail) or the telephone number you indicated in the registration form.
6. Granting Points
6.1. In connection with the activities referred to in point 2.2, you will be awarded a point. Information on the number of points awarded is available on the website www.horse-trade.pl in the “Your orders” tab (Customer panel)
6.2. Points shall not be exchanged for money. Points aren't electronic money.
6.3. In order to obtain points, you should register and purchase the product covered by the loyalty programme.
6.4. If no purchase of the goods or services for which you have been awarded points, e.g. if you deviate from the contract, terminate it, or waive the legal effects of the will statement, the Programme Manager reserves the right to revoke the points awarded to you. The same applies to cases of fraud or misaccounting of transactions.
6.5. The points awarded to you are saved in the “My Orders” tab (Customer Panel) in the electronic account total points.
7. Exchange of points into products covered by the Loyalty Programme
7.1. The awarded points can be exchanged for products covered by the Loyalty Programme.
7.2. Points are exchanged according to the order in which they are obtained in the Programme, i.e. points previously obtained by you are exchanged first.
7.3. Points will be available to be exchanged for products covered by the Programme after the status of the contract has been changed to ‘taken into execution’, i.e. during the execution of the contract.
7.4. Prior to the release of the products covered by the Programme, the Programme Manager may re-check the amount of your points. Product release is only possible if sufficient points are available.
8. Expiration of Points
8.1. Unless otherwise specified, points shall expire twenty-four months after they have been granted, when they have not been listed for products at the time in accordance with the rules of the Programme.
9. It will cease to participate in the Programme
9.1. For important reasons www.horse-trade.pl may suspend or terminate your participation in the Program . Important reasons referred to in the preceding sentence shall be considered to be: making the account available to the unauthorised person, abuse or other infringements of the Rules of Procedure.
9.2. The end of participation in the Programme leads to the loss of points collected.
9.3. These Rules of Procedure may be amended if this is justified by the need to ensure the safe functioning of the Programme.
10. Processing of Personal Data
10.1. According to the Article. 13 paragraph. 1 and mouth. 2 Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 of April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR), I hereby inform that:

10.3 Your personal data in accordance with the Article. 6 paragraph 1 lit. a and b GDPR will be processed for the purposes of your participation in the loyalty program and information about the current offer, promotions and credited points in the horse–trade.pl store
10.4 you have the right to access the content of your data, to correct it, to request the cessation or restriction of processing and to request its deletion;
10.5 Your personal data will be stored for the duration of your participation in the loyalty programme;
10.6 the provision of personal data is voluntary, although necessary to participate in the loyalty programme.
10.7 If you have any questions about the processing of personal data, complaints and requests, please contact us by contact form, or by telephone +48-12-423-00-96.
10.8 if you consider that the processing of personal data violates the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e. President of the Office for Data Protection, ul. Rates 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
I declare that I have been informed of the purpose and principles of the processing of personal data by the ADO and agree to the processing of my personal data in order to issue the Customer Card and to use the promotions and discounts granted.
