Can you combine my two orders into one delivery?
It is not possible to combine two separate orders into one consignment.
How long does it take to complete an order placed in an online store?
The estimated time to wait for the completion of the order (which includes products available at the current warehouse state; in working days) is approx. 1-2 dni. In case of payment by transfer, the time of receipt of the package is extended by the time of execution of the transfer.
NOTE: Orders placed in the online store and unpaid will be automatically cancelled after 24h. This applies to both shipping orders and personal receipts.
In the case of contracts paid but not received, cancellation follows 14 d After this period, a refund of the amount paid will be made.
Is it possible to place an order by phone?

When placing a telephone order, please prepare the following data on selected products: Product name or Product code (if the product has it).
Discounts and rebates
Is the Internet account connected to the Permanent Client Card?
No, they're separate systems. In the case of an online store, create an account and subscribe to the newsletter to get a discount.
If I have a fixed discount in a stationary store, can I use it in an online store?
We do not prescribe discounts automatically between stores, but you can inform us about having a permanent discount in a stationary store and wanting to use it in an online store.
Refunds
Can I return the product purchased by an online shop in a stationary store ?
Yes, the product can also be returned in a stationary store in Krakow.
Who bears the cost of shipping?
The cost of returning to the shop is borne by the customer.
Availability of products
Are all products in the online store available in stock?
All products offered by us are available in the permanent offer and have the current availability status. A part of the product is imported on order - in this case, the product contains information "Ask for the term of implementation". With this button you can send a query about the expected execution time of the order.
The approximate time of execution of such order is from 1 - 3 weeks.
The products available at the current warehouse state are marked with "in stock" status.
