Electrolytes from Equiherbs is a multi-component supplement designed to supplement micro- and macronutrients and vitamins lost during exercise. It will work particularly well in sports, racing and intensively working horses, as well as during heat, transport, professions and other situations increasing the body's need for minerals.
The formula provides, among others, sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium, which are important for maintaining normal water-electrolyte management, muscle work and nervous system. The composition is supplemented by zinc, copper, iron, selenium and iodine, as well as vitamins A, D3, E and C and biotin. Regular use of electrolytes helps to support performance, endurance and more efficient regeneration of the body after training.
Electrolytes for horses Equiherbs can be particularly useful in periods of intense sweating when the body quickly loses water and valuable minerals. Complementation of these ingredients helps maintain the correct electrolyte balance and the overall condition of the horse, therefore the supplement fits well in the feeding of animals regularly competing in competitions, travelling and working at high temperatures.
The product is in the form of pellets and contains droughts with alfalfa, fodder yeast, molasses, calcium phosphate, calcium carbonate and sodium chloride and vitamin-mineral premix. The recommended daily serving is for 25 g for foals and ponies and for 50 g for sports and racing horses. The included scoop houses about 25 g product. When using electrolytes, the horse should have constant access to fresh water.
