Olympic champion Ingrid Klimke considers working on the goat as the key to success. In her opinion, the exercise on the goat improves not only the quality of the walk, tact, relaxation and term of movement, but also the condition. Along with his father, Reiner Klimk, he gives many examples of exercises taken from his practice. Their valuable training tips work in all equestrian sports.
The guide contains numerous pictures of how the exercise is performed, new valuable proposals for dressage work, and updated patterns of obstacles settings for jumping gymnastics.
In the book, the reader finds:
-exercises that allow the muscles to be properly shaped and the joints to be elastic,
-effective ways to relax and strengthen the back muscles,
-guides on how to develop a force from behind and the ability to react to a horse,
-the methods of assessing optimal basic pace and sense of distance in jump gymnastics,
- exercise to improve relaxation, flexibility, coordination and balance in the saddle,
-effective training plans for effective target setting and consistent implementation.
Many trainers and riders use bars and wickets during training, but I get the impression that only a few of them really know the principles and meaning of their use. This guide systematizes knowledge in this area and provides answers to many questions, including whether "cwallets" is driven by half-seat or exercise. ~Wojciech Mickunas
For many experts, the name Klimke is equivalent to a competent and comprehensive training of a horse. Reiner Klimke is the most titled dressage rider of all time, and his daughter Ingrid continues her family tradition.
