The Josera granulate is a mineral supplement for horses with sensitive skin, matt hair, weakened hooves and increased demand during the mincing period. The formula was designed to support the proper condition of the skin, fur and hooves from within. The product does not contain alfalfa, soy, cereals or molasses and has no added sugar, so it can also be suitable for horses requiring more cautious feeding.
The composition includes MSM, or organic sulphur, which is involved in the formation of keratin, collagen and connective tissue structures. Thanks to this supplement can positively affect the skin barrier, the quality of the hair and the strong and properly developing hooves horn. The recipe is supplemented by beer yeast and B vitamins, which help maintain the correct intestinal flora and support the metabolism of nutrients.
Easy-to-absorbent copper and zinc support the proper functioning of the skin, and amino acids such as lysine, methionine and threonine help deliver the material needed to build hair and horn substance. The formula also includes Josera EquiFlavin®, a composition of plant products from apples, grapes and oregano, which are a source of flavonoids and other natural plant compounds with antioxidant properties.
Josera Help Skin & Hair Balancer will work especially as a supplement for hair and hooves for horses during the minching period, with reduced hair quality, sensitive skin and when additional dietary supplements are needed in zinc, copper, organic sulphur and amino acids. Additional use of standard mineral feed is not needed.
It is recommended to administer 20 g to any 100 kg bodyweight daily. Konie hard-working and with increased demand should receive 25 g for each 100 kg body weight per day. For a horse weighing 500 kg, this means approximately 100 g or 125 g product per day, respectively. Due to the high content of trace elements, the supplement can constitute a maximum of 2% of the total daily food dose.
