The tail protector was designed for maximum protection during transport. It helps to protect the horse's tail from impacts, abrasions and pressures that may occur during transport in a trailer or horse-drawn carriage.
The model combines absorbing neoprene with an advanced layer Techno Wool, providing a high level of comfort and protection. The soft padded neoprene adapts to the shape of the tail, covering the bones and muscles, and the elevated design increases the range of protection especially in the upper part of the tail — the place most vulnerable to abrasions.
Padded with Techno Wool acts like a natural absorbent layer. Its fibrous structure helps to distribute pressure evenly and supports desiccation of moisture, so that the protector remains comfortable even during longer use.
The four vertical gel anti-slip straps were arranged to help keep the protector in the right place. It is a practical choice for horses travelling to competitions, trainings, veterinary consultations or transported between stables.
