Hesta Mix Classic is a highly mineralized blend for horses with increased demand for vitamins and minerals. The fodder was developed especially for Frisian, Luzitan, Andalusian, cold-blooded and pure Arabian horses. It will also be effective in animals fed uniformly, where there is a need to supplement the daily dietary dose with important micronutrients.
The rich content of zinc, manganese, copper and selenium helps maintain good skin, hair and hooves. Appropriately balanced mineral supply may be particularly important in horses with a weakened hooves horn, peeling skin, impaired hair quality or more susceptible to skin problems.
The composition includes, among others, lactose-fermented barley and maize flakes, wheat and oat bran, flaxseed, sunflower seed, black caraway dried chaff of grass, alfalfa, beet pulp beet, beer yeast, apple and grape pulp and a mixture of herbs containing peppermint, thyme , rosemary, nettle, chamomile and fenugreek. The formula is supplemented by cold-pressed vegetable oils and minerals.
Feed ST.HIPPOLYT Hesta Mix Classic 20kg granules contains 12% crude protein, 14% fiber, 4,6% fat, 18% starch and 4% sugar. The energy value is 9,9 MJ digestible energy per kilogram. Feed also provides vitamin A, D3, E and B vitamins, biotin, folic acid and important micronutrients, so it can be a valuable supplement to the basic diet based on hay and grass.
The recommended daily dose is approximately 150–250 g product for each 100 kg horse's body weight. At this level of nutrition, no additional mineral supplementation is required. If less feed is administered, the manufacturer recommends completing the diet with SemperMin or MicroVital. The daily portion should be spread over several smaller meals. One litre of product weighs approximately 750 g.
Composition: barley flakes (lactofermented), wheat bran, bran, oat husks, finely chopped oilseeds and a mixture of poppy (linseed, sunflower seed, blackberry seed) 9,4 %, chaff from warm-air dried grass, maize sprouts 5,5% , fruit fibre (apple/ grapes), chaff ed alfalfa , herbs (peppermint, thyme , rosemary, nettle, camomile, fenugreek seeds) 3,3%, beet pulp beetroot, calcium carbonate (marital and mineral), beer yeast, barley sprouts, salt, a mixture of cold-pressed oil (linseed, sunflower oil) 0,5%, rice sprouts, maize flakes (lactofermented), garlic, vinegar, oxide/ magnesium sulphate, dicalcium phosphate, certified vegetable charcoal, pea flakes meal.
