The supplement for horses from Harmony Horse was developed for daily support of hooves, skin and hair. A balanced formula based on biotin, DL-methionine, zinc and copper supports the correct growth of the horn and helps to maintain a flexible hoof can. The product will work particularly well in horses that do not require intensive treatment, but need regular replenishment of the diet into building blocks.
Biotin supports natural keratinization processes, thus fostering the uniform growth of hooves and maintaining its proper structure. DL-methionine provides the sulphur needed for the synthesis of keratin, while zinc and copper support tissue regeneration, hoove structure and skin and hair condition.
The composition also includes brewing yeasts, which are a natural source of beta-glucans and mannanooligosaccharides. They support the proper functioning of the digestive tract and the use of nutrients, which may indirectly affect the appearance of fur and the condition of the hooves.
Biotin Basic can be used in recreational and sports horses, remaining in regular training, as well as as as preventive support for animals with a tendency to impair the quality of skin, hair or hooves. The manufacturer also indicates that it can be used after completion of intensive supplementation with Biotin Strong.
Horses weighing approximately 550 kg are recommended to administer 12 g daily, corresponding to the level of 2,5 on the included measuring machine. The ponies should receive approximately 6 g per day, i.e. the level of 1,2 on the measuring measure. The preparation should be mixed with solid feed.
Composition: brewing yeast, dried apple pulp, linseed, DL-methionine.
Analytical composition: crude protein 28,08%, crude ash 19,9%, crude oil and fat 5,7%, crude fibre 6,16%, β-glucan min. 5,16%, mannanooligosaccharides min. 2,92%.
Additives in 1 kg: biotin 2066,2 mg, zinc 44 766,8 mg, copper 8594,4 mg, methionine 170 460 mg.
