Remember to feed by feed weight not by volume. Prior to the introduction of the feed into the diet, the volume of measuring machines should be carefully weighed.
Make sure that the horse receives a volumetric feed (seed or hay) in the correct dose, i.e. a minimum of 1%, optimal between 1,5-2% body weight and has constant access to fresh water and salt lick.
To make it easier, we give a weight of one standard litre of feed measure; a full, not copyable and unwrought scoop contains 340g product.
