Sunflower seed husks are a natural feed additive for horses that can support proper digestion, bowel work and the condition of fur and hooves. Thanks to the high fibre content, they will work well as a complement to daily nutrition, especially in horses requiring increased participation of structural ingredients in the diet.
The component promotes normal intestinal peristalsis and can support the functioning of the gastrointestinal tract. The fibrous additive prolongs the time of feed intake and helps to enrich the food dose without unduly increasing the proportion of starchy ingredients.
Regular administration may also have a beneficial effect on the appearance and quality of the hair and the state of the hooves. Therefore, the product will work well in sports, recreational and breeding horses as a simple additive supporting digestion and overall fitness.
The product consists of 100% with sunflower shell. The manufacturer recommends serving up to the ratio of 3:1, i.e. for three parts of the feed containing one part of the sunflower shell. The EQUIHERBS 7kg sunflower shell should be thoroughly mixed with daily feed.
