Gastro is a herbal composition for horses designed to support the stomach and comfort of the gastrointestinal tract. The product is especially recommended for animals with ulcers and those suspected of it. Regular use helps maintain normal gastric pH, reduce the irritant effects of gastric juices, and relieve mucosal irritation.
It consists of licorice root, navigette flower, sprat seed, camomile flower and buckthorn fruit. Such selected herbs support the natural protective mechanisms of the stomach, promote mucosal regeneration and help maintain greater digestive comfort.
The herbal mixture EQUIHERBS Gastro 1kg can be used both as a feed element of horses with a diagnosed ulcer and preventively in animals exposed to stress, intensive training, frequent transports or other factors that increase the risk of gastric irritation. It is a natural choice for animals requiring gentle support of the digestive system without extensive supplementation.
The recommended daily serving is 30 g for horses weighing 500–600 kg and 15 g for pony and small horses. Herbs should be thoroughly mixed with the feed and administered regularly.
Composition: liquorice root, calendula flower, oyster grain, camomile flower, sea buckthorn fruit.
