ProBioTrex Cat is a specialized probiotic and postbiotic for cats, designed to support intestinal microflora, proper digestion and natural immunity. It can be used especially in animals with sensitive digestive tract, a tendency to diarrhea and indigestion, as well as after antibiotic therapy, deworming, food poisoning, diet change or during periods of increased stress and recovery.
The formula contains lyophilised probiotic bacteria Enterococcus faecium, Lactobacillus delbrueckii, Lactobacillus fermentum and Lactobacillus acidophilus, as well as inulin, bentonite, kaolin and goat colostrum protein. This combination promotes the reconstruction and maintenance of a normal intestinal microflora, supports digestive processes and the absorption of nutrients and helps maintain the proper functioning of the intestinal barrier. Inulin acts as a prebiotic, while bentonite and kaolin help bind undesirable substances in the digestive tract.
The probiotic HIPPOVETPharmacy ProBioTrex cat 50 capsules will work as a supplement on the gut for the cat both during transition periods of digestive problems as well as with increased demand for microbiote support. The manufacturer shall also indicate it for kittens during the development of immunity and for weakened and recovering animals.
The recommended daily serving for cats weighing below 5 kg is preventive 0,5 capsules daily, with its contents can be divided into two servings. Animals weighing below 10 kg may receive 1 capsule daily, while 10–20 kg is recommended to receive 2 capsules daily. The capsule can be administered directly into the mouth or opened and mixed with food. Once opened, the product should be stored in a cool place, preferably in a refrigerator.
