Nearsfoot Compound is an intensively nourishing equestrian oil, designed for softening, moisturizing and regeneration of both new and older skin. The formula quickly penetrates the material structure and helps restore its flexibility, so it will work well with stiff saddles, bridles, stirrup leathers, stripes and other leather elements.
The preparation contains pure neatsfoot oil and mineral oils that intensively nourish and rehydrate the skin while at the same time not damaging the sutures. It can be used both to care for new skin as well as to renew equipment after long storage, drying or frequent use in rain. Regular use helps to reduce drying and cracking of the material and keep the skin in good condition.
Vanner & Prest Nearsfoot Compound will work especially when the skin has become hard, unflexible or requires deeper grease. It is a good choice for intensive maintenance of equestrian skin and restoring its softness after long-term use or contact with water.
Before use, the material should be clean. The thin layer of the preparation should be applied primarily from the inside and left to absorb. If necessary, a small quantity may also be used on the face side. If the skin remains rigid, the application can be repeated, but careful not to use too much oil. The product is not intended for aniline, unwrought, suede or nubuku leather. Before the first use, it is worth testing in a slightly visible place.
