Hoof Protection is a specialized horse hoove care spray developed for hoof frogs exposed to excessive moisture, mud and development of adverse changes. The preparation supports the maintenance of hoof frogs and the soles in good condition and is particularly suitable for periods when the animal is in a wet or dirty environment.
A formula containing copper chelate, zinc chelate and organic acids supports natural tissue regeneration processes and helps create an environment less conducive to the development of unwanted microorganisms. This allows Hoof Protection to be used as an element of regular hoof care in horses with a tendency to trouble with hoof frogs.
Spray on rotting hoof frogs will work well in horses on moist paddocks, in muddy conditions and anywhere where the hooves are more exposed to moisture and dirt. The spray form facilitates accurate and even application of the product also in hoof frogs grooves.
Before use, the sole of the hooves should be thoroughly cleaned from mud, dirt and litter residues. Then, at a distance of approximately 10 cm spray the hoof frog evenly, its grooves and other areas requiring care. It should be used regularly, especially during periods of increased humidity. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
Composition: copper chelate, zinc chelate, organic acids – lactic and acetic, stabilisers.
