Mucolyt is a herbal preparation for horses supporting the proper functioning of the respiratory system. The formula was developed for horses from RAO/COPD, for upper and lower respiratory tract infections, and after previous bronchial inflammations. Supplement helps to improve breathing, supports mucus secretion and natural purification of airways.
Mucolyt contains as much as 50% herbs, including mint, thyme, camomile, grandmother, dill, fenugreek, anise, cumin and subwhite. The composition is supplemented by alfalfa, yeast and herbal malt, linseed, sunflower seeds, black cumin, grape seed extract, beet pulp beetroot and flax and sunflower oil pressed cold. Such composition can positively affect the comfort of breathing and the condition of the airways.
It also provides vitamins A, D3, E, C and B vitamins, as well as zinc, manganese, copper, selenium, magnesium, calcium and other minerals. Contains 12% crude protein, 15% fiber and 6% fat. Granulated form facilitates daily administration and accurate mixing of the product with feed.
The recommended daily dose for large horses is 200–250 g and the preventive 100–150 g daily. For smaller horses, the portion should be reduced accordingly. One scoop contains approximately 110 g of the product. The manufacturer indicates the 48-hour withdrawal period for sports horses.
