PreAlpin Wiesencobs are natural grassballs for horses, prepared exclusively from various species of grass and herbs. The product does not contain molasses, has a low sugar content and a high amount of fibre and can therefore be a valuable supplement to the volumetric feed or its partial replacement. This is a suitable choice for those looking for grass-cules for horses with sensitive digestive system, tendency to overweight or demanding diet based on natural fibers.
Long grass blades prolong food intake time and support natural digestive processes. PreAlpin Wiesencobs will also work in nervous horses, fast chewers, one-sided fed, and at risk of oatmeal. Granulated form facilitates dosing, storage and administration, and after soaking creates a tasty meal that can also be used to administer supplements.
The product contains 25,7% crude fiber, 9,3% protein and provides 8,5 MJ digestible energy in kg. It can be used as a feed additive, a variety of daily diets or a replacement for hay and solid feed. It is best to administer travoculus after watering and wait a few minutes until it swells accordingly.
