Konie (500 kg): 25 g daily
Due to the high zinc content, the daily dose must not exceed twice the feeding time.
To help regeneration of hooves and skin, feeding should last for up to 8 weeks.
Organic zinc for horses
Zinc is one of the most frequently administered trace elements in horses. The reason for this is the content of a significant trace element, which is less and less in the basic feedingstuffs.
Due to the increasingly popular regular blood test - the absence of this element is recognized much earlier than years ago, when regular blood diagnoses in horses were not yet common practice.
Although zinc is already present in mineral feed, it is still insufficient. Often this amount is simply insufficient or impaired by the absorption of the trace element through the mucosa of the small intestine. Today, it is known that the shape of a complex zinc complex has a decisive impact on this.
Zinc can be supplied with both inorganic and organic compounds.
Many studies have shown that organically bound zinc (linked to amino acids or chelates) has a much higher absorption rate. The trace element contained in VETRIPHARM ZINK is organic and highly concentrated. This ensures reliable metabolism and compensates for zinc shortages.
