Respiraticum is a supplement for horses supporting the proper functioning of the respiratory system, especially recommended to animals with recurrent cough, sensitive airways, allergies and horses with RAO. The high content of herbs helps to relieve irritation of mucous membranes, supports coughing of the inundating secretions and can facilitate free breathing. The product will also work in intensively trained horses, in which it is important to support respiratory and circulatory performance.
The formula contains as many as 75% mixtures of herbs, including camomile, peppermint, Icelandic moss, nettle, fennel, dandelion, sage, anise, blood vessel, sea buckthorn, juniper, coriander, field horsetail, bear garlic and caraway. The composition is supplemented by yeast products rich in nucleotides and beta-glucans, flax seeds, sunflower and black, cold pressed oils, seaweed meal, chicory inulin, apple fiber and honey. This combination supports the regeneration of mucous membranes, natural defense mechanisms of the body and the general condition of the horse.
Supplement ST.HIPPOLYT Respiraticum 3kg granules also provides vitamins and minerals including vitamins A, D3, E, C and B vitamins, as well as zinc, manganese, copper, iron and selenium. Sea algae are an additional source of vitamins, minerals and amino acids, while the PSB complex present in the formula supports the use of nutrients. The product is made up of fine granules, so it is easily mixed with a daily portion of feed.
The preparation can be particularly useful for chronic respiratory problems, hypersensitivity to dust and dust, increased secretion production and during intensive training. Regular use supports the comfort of breathing, the condition of mucous membranes and proper functioning of the respiratory system.
The recommended daily portion is about 20 g for each 100 kg body weight, or about 100 g for a horse weighing 500 kg. The supplement should be added to the standard portion of the solid feed. One scoop corresponds to 100 g product. Dosage can also be determined individually with a veterinarian or horse nutrition specialist.
