Training a horse using standard wearing techniques, gives a solid basis for playing sports in all its varieties (competitions). This applies both to classical dressage competition and to a number of others grown in the so-called English or Western style.
The dressage training in each case leads to the ultimate, common to all horse riding varieties the goal of achieving unity between the rider and his horse, perfected during each training. Each of the exercises shown in the book is described in detail and supported by a drawing explaining the performance of the elements contained in the exercise. Individual chapters address issues such as: relaxation, balance, lightness, riding and position of rider in the saddle, extending the step of the horse, or improving volatile leg changes in the gallop.
101 tracksuit exercises is another book in the 101 series of exercises, helpful in rational horse training. Let no one be confused by the word “track” used in the title, often associated with a quadrangle, a long rim and a cylinder. This is a wrong combination, because the term, borrowed from French, means exactly the process of giving the horse to training to stimulate its development. The result of the correct use of the tracksuit exercises is a smooth, harmonious and athletically developed, wearable horse. I recommend this book to anyone who wants to achieve this effect.

This guide, developed in a very accessible and correct manner, will certainly be invaluable for riders who have ambitions to raise their own skills and improve their horses. This book will be particularly helpful to those who train alone and in their daily work with horses do not have the opportunity to use the coach's help.
