KRAFFT has created a supplement for horses in the form of granules, designed to support the condition of hooves, skin and hair. It provides additional biotin, i.e. vitamin B7, which is involved in the production of keratin, which is one of the basic building blocks of the hooves and hair. The preparation may be particularly useful in horses with brittle, crackling or slow-growing hooves, as well as during a period of deterioration of the quality of the hair.
Regular supply of biotin helps maintain a strong hoove structure and promotes the proper growth of the hoove horn. It can also beneficially affect the appearance of the hair, its smoothness and shine. The product will be suitable for both sports and recreational horses, which require additional addition of diet to biotin.
Vitamins KRAFFT Biotin 2,5kg contains cereal meal and beet molasses. In 1 kg the product is located 420 mg biotins. It contains 10% crude protein, 7% fiber, 4% fat and 0,4% sodium. Granulated form facilitates daily measurement and mixing of the supplement with feed.
The recommended daily dose is 60 g. With longer use, it is worth taking into account the total content of biotin in the diet and the condition of the hooves, as improving the quality of the hoove horn is a gradual process and takes time to grow new tissue.
