ProFibre Mix is a highly fibrous granules for horses and forgings, developed as an alternative to traditional beet pulp beets. It is characterized by a very low content of starch and simple sugars, with a combined share of less than 10%, which is why it will work well in feeding low starch and low sugar. It can be used in sports, recreational, older, ulcerative horses, with a tendency to obsess and with metabolic disorders.
The basis of the mixture is apple marc, which is the source of well digestible fiber and pectins. In combination with soya husks, grass drought, flaxseed and flaxseed, they help increase the proportion of fibre in the dietary dose and provide energy released gradually. ProFibre Mix can be particularly useful when the horse receives too little hay or needs an additional source of energy without significantly increasing the amount of starch in the diet.
The product has the form of granules and can be administered without soaking, which distinguishes it from many traditional beet pulp. If necessary, it may also be given after wetting or soaking, e.g. to older horses with dental problems. The recommended amount is 50–700 g on 100 kg body weight per day. For the horse o masie 500 kg odpowiada to 0,25–3,5 kg produktu. The dose should be adjusted to the condition, age, type of work performed and total energy demand of the horse.
Composition: Apple marc, soya husk, grass dried, full sunflower seeds with scales, linseed, linseed, calcium carbonate, magnesium oxide, amino acid zinc chelate, amino acid copper chelate, selenium in amino acid form, vitamin E.
