Leisure Pellets is a complete feed for recreational horses and horses doing light work. It will work in animals whose diet is based mainly on good quality sowing, but requires additional replenishment of energy, protein, vitamins and minerals. The balanced formula helps to maintain a good condition without delivering excessive calories.
KRAFFT feed provides 10 MJ with metabolic energy, 10% raw protein and 13% fiber. Thanks to this, it can provide daily nutritional support for recreational horses, nurseries and light-working animals. The starch content is 21% and 6% sugar, which is why the product is best suited for horses that tolerate traditional cereal feed.
The composition includes, among others, oats, wheat and oat bran, beet pulp beetroot, wheat, alfalfa, rapeseed oil, green and potato protein. Feed has been enriched in vitamin A, D3, E, C and vitamin B, as well as zinc, copper, manganese, iron, iodine and selenium. It also provides calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, sodium and potassium, supporting the horse's daily feeding with moderate energy demand. Feed for recreational horses KRAFFT Leisure Pellets 20kg is an economical blend that helps supplement a hay-based diet and provides energy suitable for light work. Granules with a diameter of approximately 8 mm are convenient to administer and limit the ability to select individual ingredients.
The indicative daily dose is approximately 0,2–0,4 kg feed for each 100 kg body weight. The horse weighing 500 kg can therefore receive approximately 1–2 kg of the product per day, depending on the condition, intensity of work and quality of the volumetric feed. Daily portions should be divided into several smaller meals and access to hay should be provided to the horse prior to the administration of the feed. Additional supplements to the diet with a suitable mineral preparation may be necessary at lower doses.
