Mebio Basic is a tasty blend for recreational horses and light and medium-working horses who need a stable source of energy and a well-balanced supplement to their daily diet. Feed may be used as a substitute for oats, especially in horses that poorly tolerate molasses or herbal additives. Thanks to its pleasant apple aroma, it is also readily collected by more picky horses.
The composition includes, among others, pre-fermented barley flakes, biofermented maize flakes, alfalfa, linseed, wheat bran, ungelatinised beet pulp beetroot, algae, flax oil, apple dried and cereal germs. The cereals used in the mixture were biofermented to lower the glycemic index.
Mebio Basic provides 11% raw protein, 8,5% fiber, 6% fat and 11,8 MJ digestible energy per kilogram. Feed has been enriched in vitamin A, D3, E and vitamin B, as well as zinc, manganese, copper, selenium, iron, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium and sodium. This helps supplement the diet of recreational horses with the most important minerals and vitamins, while at the same time helping to maintain good fitness and resilience. Feed MEBIO Basic 20kg musli is a musli for recreational and medium-working horses that can replace oats and provide stable energy without excessive agitation. It will work as daily feed for horses requiring tasty, well balanced and easy to include in the diet a meal.
The manufacturer recommends giving approximately 500–800 g feed to each 100 kg horse's body weight. With a lower dose or additional supplementation, it is worth to balance the entire dose with a mineral preparation. In case of the need to increase the energy supply of Mebio Basic feed, Brandon XP or Structur E may be combined with feed.
