For horses and forgings - two-year-olds: age from 24 to 36 months, young people not working and preparing for riding

Konie two-year-olds are no longer growing so intensely, but their development is still ongoing. Most of the bones are still not calcified, even long bones of the legs are still in the stage of growth. The chromosomal growth plates will still undergo mineralization. Internal organs and muscle tissue are still developing, so the high demand for nutrients and balanced nutrition continues.

Providing sufficient energy, proteins and fatty acids in feed is very important to ensure the growth of young horses. On the other hand, the quality of this growth is conditioned by the appropriate supply of macronutrients, micronutrients, vitamins and amino acids, which participate in millions of cellular changes in the body. Scientific research shows that not only the amount of nutrients, but also their mutual proportions determine proper assimilation, and thus the development and health of the growing horse. The ratio of calcium to Ca:P phosphorus is best known, but such dependence is much more.

The ingredients contained in our musla are balanced in optimal quantities and proportions according to the latest standards and tests. Nuba Grow2 Muslim feed provides ingredients in natural form, hence the complex composition of the musli, as well as in the form of additives with great digestibility. It provides fully balanced food to provide the young horse with all the necessary substances for optimal development and best resistance of the body. Feed used in accordance with the recommended dosage does not require any additional general supplementation (in healthy horses, in the absence of previously identified significant shortages - if deficiencies have been previously identified, they may need to be supplemented).

Key features:
-optimal level of slow-release energy to avoid overactivity
-low starch content <12% affects optimal, sustainable growth rate of horses
-high level of protein from natural components with a very good amino acid profile, which has a decisive impact on the formation of new tissues
-addition of lysine - a limitative amino acid exogenous, which improves the absorption and use of protein by the body
-calcium, phosphorus and magnesium are supplied from organic sources as well as well as well-absorbed additives to support the proper development of the growing organism, especially bones and cartilage
- zinc micronutrients, copper and selenium in Nuba Musli feed have the form of chelates, which increases their digestibility
-vitamin A is supplied in the form of beta carotene, which prevents its overdose
-feed is based on alfalfa, known for its tastyness, good quality fiber, excellent absorbable protein and calcium, which is particularly important in breeding horses
-a large content of thermally micronized soya, which is a source of protein with a good amino acid composition. Micronising neutralizes the anti-nutrient ingredients contained in the soya, and improves its digestibility and digestibility - such grains are also more tasty
-full flax seeds add to the formula of slow-release energy. They are also an additive of polyunsaturated omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, which play a fundamental role in the proper development of the body
- fibrous components such as alfalfa, apple marc, sunflower shell, linseed poppy, two types of bran, dried carrots and beet add slow-release energy, affect the health of the digestive system and the good condition of the bacterial flora of the intestine
- increased share of yeast and probiotics provides B vitamins and essential exogenous amino acids by improving the protein profile of feed - it also improves the use of nutrients
- probiotics used in Nuba Musli feed to Biogen®K - the highest quality probiotic preparation recommended by veterinarians - this probiotic composition contains the highest quality lyophilised micro-organisms with a specific concentration for the digestive tract of the horse (biogen company is a valued brand on the world market conducting research activities based on the latest technologies)

Complete compound feed - intended for use as the only compound feed per dose.

Dosage:
Age / Number of feed per 100 kg body weight / example daily dose for horse with target weight 500 kg

24 months / 580 ÷ 800 g / 2,5 ÷ 3,5 kg
36 months / 650 ÷ 850 g / 3 ÷ 4 kg

This weight conversion factor is based on averaged data. The individual horse growth mode should be taken into account when administering feed.
In addition to feed, unrestricted access to the volumetric feed should be ensured. The mix was balanced with hay with averaged parameters.

Tips:
-After three years of age, depending on the degree of development of the horse and the workload, the Nuba Grow3 Musli feed should be introduced
- when using Nuba Musli feed less than recommended, the daily dose should be supplemented with vitamin-mineral supplement Equina Meganutril
-it is very important to observe the condition of the horse in the adjustment of the amount of the administered feed - it is not necessary to allow for either thinning or over-fatting (a clear outline of ribs is a signal that the amount of feed and hay administered should be increased, while with visible fat, only the supply of the feed should be reduced)
-The horse should have constant access to volumetric feed and clean water
- avoid overfeeding horses during periods of intense growth - excessive fatiness, causing too much weight, and too fast growth can cause developmental disorders
-feeds should be administered by weight, not by volume
- Do not administer more than 1,5 kg feed for one meal (for a horse of target weight) 500-600 kg , smaller horses, respectively)
- give horses access to salt lick and control its intake
-to the horse's diet new products should be introduced gradually
- in the case of poor hay quality or pasture, we recommend that the alfalfa supplement be given as a supplement to daily feeding
- complete feed may also be used as a dietary basis in combination with additional feed or feed additives, provided that the daily dose is appropriately balanced
