NUBA EQUI Slimmer feed with low energy charge equal to volumetric feed. Its unique formulation provides all the nutrients needed to function in a relatively low dose of highly structural “sleep”. Slimmer was composed for horses and forgings with too much body mass and leaning towards weight. It is also a good choice for horses with a chasm or inclinations towards it, as well as for a pony in the type of a slicing primitive horse, well-used with fodder. Thanks to the minimum content of starch and sugars, it is an excellent, low-calorie daily dose for horses with metabolic disorders such as IR insulin resistance, EMS metabolic syndrome, Cushing's disease (PPID) or PSSM. Magnesium in Slimmer feed is maintained at an elevated level appropriately balanced with calcium in order to best promote the health of ‘metabolic horses’. The fat and protein in the feed are kept at a low level adjusted to ensure proper functioning of the body, without causing weight gain. Feed used in accordance with the recommended dosage does not require any additional supplementation (in the absence of previously identified deficiencies).

Feed may be used as a vitamin-mineral concentrate supplementing the diet of healthy horses whose diet is based on farm feed. Used as an addition to cereals, it adds structure and variety to meals, but primarily balances them for nutrients.

In the case of horses in need of a high-calorie diet but low in starch and sugar, the feed of Slimmer should be combined with the addition of Nuba ProMass Mix.

Complete compound feed - intended for use as the only compound feed per dose. Serve approximately 150 g feed on 100kg horse's body weight daily.
An example of the daily dose for a horse weighing 500 kg is 0,75 kg feed plus hay in the amount of minimum 1 % - 2 % its body weight. The mix was balanced with hay with averaged parameters.
Horses that should reduce the weight of hay should be given in a mesh with small meshes. For horses with acute hay disease, the content of sugars and starch should be tested.

Complete feed may also be used as a dietary basis in combination with additional feed containing or added feed, provided that the daily dose is appropriately balanced.

Tips:
-dose should be adjusted to the condition, weight training and individual needs of the horse
