Vital Fiber Premium 20 kg is a high fibrous protein musli for horses, designed for animals who need good quality fiber and protein without excessive energy supply. Feed will be particularly suitable for sports, recreational, nervous, hyperactive, older and recovering horses. Thanks to the “cool” formula, it provides a moderate amount of energy and can be a good choice for animals to maintain concentration and calmer behaviour during work.
The composition includes, among others, lactose-proffered barley and maize flakes, chaff with alfalfa and grass, oat and wheat bran, apple marc, flaxseed, sunflower, black cumin, yeast, pea protein, beet pulp beetroot, carrot and herbs such as fennel, peppermint and rosemary. The large proportion of structural fiber promotes longer rumination, increased salivary secretion and proper functioning of intestinal microflora.
Vital Fiber Premium contains 13% crude protein, 15% fiber, 5,5% fat and 8,5 MJ digestible energy per kilogram. The total starch and sugar content is below 25%. The feed was enriched with vitamins A, D3, E and vitamins B, biotin, folic acid, zinc, manganese, copper, selenium, iron and other minerals. This helps to supplement the daily diet and can help maintain good fitness and proper muscularity.
Feed will be particularly good for athletes with sensitive digestive systems and animals requiring increased supply of fiber and protein without high loading with non-structured carbohydrates. The manufacturer recommends administering approximately 2,5-4 kg daily, depending on the intensity of the work, individual metabolic rate and the quality of the volumetric feed. In sports horses, Vital Fiber Premium can be combined with more energetic blends if energy demand increases.
