Feed ST.HIPPOLYT Equigard 20kg musli - created for demanding horses

Equigard is a grain-free, low-starch musels for horsebacks requiring a low-sugar, starch and energy diet. Feed has been developed for horses with a tendency to overweight, carbohydrate and animal disorders, in which careful balancing of daily feeding is necessary. Nie contains cereals or molasses, and the total starch and sugar content of the small intestine is below 10%.

ST.HIPPOLYT Equigard 20kg musli can be used in horses with EMS metabolic syndrome, Cushing syndrome, a tendency to overwhelm, obesity, and muscle problems such as PSSM, stiffness or recurrent muscleachates. It will also work during recovery, traffic restrictions and in horses that use feed well and easily gain weight. The product does not replace veterinary treatment, but may be part of a properly selected diet.

The formula provides high quality fibers, vegetable fats, omega-3 fatty acids, lecithins, vitamin E and minerals such as magnesium, zinc, copper, manganese and selenium. These ingredients support the metabolism of carbohydrates and fats, proper muscle function and the protection of cells from oxidative stress. A high fibre content of 18% promotes proper digestion and intestinal work, while a moderate energy value helps control the horse's body weight.

The composition includes, among others, chaff from grass, dried beet pulp beetroot, apple pulp and grapes, alfalfa, oilseeds, linseed and sunflower oil, beer yeast, rice bran, carrots and a mixture of herbs including camomile, mint, Italian dill, rosemary, nettle, coriander, fenugreek, spotted oyster and thyme. This product contains 9,6% crude protein, 9,4% fat and 10 MJ digestible energy per kilogram.

The recommended daily dose is approximately 200–350 g feed for each 100 kg horse's body weight. At this level of nutrition, there is usually no need to supplement the diet with a mineral preparation. Lower doses may require separate supplementation, whereas in case of increased energy demand, feed may be combined with appropriate vegetable oils or other products recommended by a specialist. Daily portions should be divided into several smaller meals and administered with good quality volumetric feed. One 1 liter capacity contains approximately 400 g product.

Composition: Chaff from grass dried with warm air 27%, beet pulp beetroot dried, fruit pulp (apple, grapes), corn sprouts, PalaSyrup (mel.
