The Equiherbs mixture is a herbal mash for horses that combines the traditional base with the addition of carefully selected herbs supporting the digestive system, respiratory system and overall condition of the body. Mash will work well as a variety of daily diet, especially in active horses, exposed to stress, during recovery or requiring additional support for digestion and regeneration.
The composition is based on flaxseed, chaff with alfalfa, linseed poppy and wheat bran. The formula is supplemented by thyme, mint, lancetovian grandmother, coltsfoot, calendula and chamomile. This combination promotes the proper functioning of the digestive tract, can support appetite and digestive comfort, while at the same time helping to take care of the respiratory tract and natural defence mechanisms of the body.
Mash EQUIHERBS Herbal Mash 1,5kg can be particularly useful after intensive training, transport or during periods of increased stress. The herbs contained in it support regeneration, promote calming and can beneficially affect the skin and hair. Moist, tasty consistency after preparation facilitates the collection of feed and makes the product well suited also for horses with picky or sometimes weaker appetite.
The product is a complementary compound feed. The manufacturer recommends that Herbal Mash 2–3 be administered weekly. For non-working horses, the recommended portion is 100 g for each 100 kg body weight, while for horses working 200–300 g for each 100 kg body weight. The appropriate amount of the mixture should be flooded with 1–3 l hot water, thoroughly mixed and left to cool down. The consistency can be adjusted to the horse's preference, and the ready-made mash can be administered slightly warm or cold.
Composition: linseed, chaff with alfalfa, linseed poppy, wheat bran, thyme, mint, lancetite grandmother, coltsfoot, calendula, chamomile.
